To help you feel confident in the quality of the products and services that we provide, here are just a few samples of the fantastic customer testimonials that we have received in 2020 so far. But more than just products and services, you will see that our people (especially Lizzy) get a special mention for their outstanding customer support.
"We urgently needed to obtain accreditation for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. We had implemented all the documentation and procedures for both systems some time ago, and knew they were of the required standard, but had not obtained the accreditation certificates. We got in touch and were delighted with the efficient and fast response to our enquiry from Lizzy at ISO Accelerator, who also responded very quickly and precisely to all queries we had regarding and during the process, thus allowing us to obtain both accreditations with ease and speed. We thoroughly recommend the service that ISO Accelerate offer, and we consider it to be a very cost-effective and efficient way to obtain accreditation. A first-class company to work with."

Since ISO Accelerator started trading in 2018, we have been able to realise our mission of saving 100s of tonnes of CO2e a year by working remotely with our clients. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, we expect more companies to follow this business model; however, due to our rapid expansion, it has become apparent that from time to time there is a practical need for the use of a general office facility.
We have therefore taken a balanced decision to bring on board an 'as and when required' office facility to support our business. The flexible office facility will allow us to host meetings, hold training sessions and will become our new permanent postal address. This flexible approach means that there will be zero cost impact to our customers, and only essential business travel will be made to and from the office facility on a case-by-case basis.

Launched in 2018, the DVSA earned recognition scheme offers businesses a way to demonstrate that they are meeting driver and vehicle standards. Those who hold earned recognition status are less likely to be stopped for inspections, plus it makes the recognised organisation stand out from the competition.
Earned recognition status is bestowed by DVSA authorised audit providers. If you want to become an authorised audit provider, you will need to have:
- A high level of professionalism
- Specialist knowledge of transport and operator licensing
- Certain qualifications, as outlined in the Code of Practice
- A quality management system in place within 12 months of authorisation
We at ISO Accelerator can help you with that final point. If you do not currently have a quality management system (QMS) in place, we can provide a QMS and help you to achieve ISO 9001 certification quickly. This will make it easy for you to demonstrate that you have met this requirement and are ready to become a DVSA authorised audit provider
Contact ISO Accelerator today to find out how we can help you with your quality management system. The whole process takes place online, so there's no need for time-consuming site visits or face-to-face consultation sessions.
