At the beginning of January, MPs gave their backing for a withdrawal agreement bill that will see the UK leave the EU on January 31st. US president, Donald Trump is said to be "excited" about the closer post-Brexit relations that are likely to develop over the coming months. Meanwhile, our own Prime Minister is prioritising a trade deal with the US and plans to get this underway as soon as possible.
